The Programme

A transformation programme still being discovered as it scales.

Project ASPIRE is part of a broader Hyatt transformation of the operating and technology environment supporting Inclusive Collection EAME properties. This living case documents selected public-safe observations from independent contribution within that wider onboarding and transformation ecosystem.

This is not presented as a finished success story.

The programme is still evolving. The purpose of this page is to capture the transformation journey progressively — documenting transferable learning without exposing confidential programme architecture, internal decisions or property-sensitive information.

The Pilot

Discovering the real transformation.

The first property — AluaSoul Palma — has been more than an initial implementation. It has provided the environment in which designed assumptions meet live hotel operations, exposing the patterns, exceptions and readiness questions that future deployments can learn from.

Go-Live Reality
Go-live is where the designed transformation meets operational reality.

Not every end-to-end dependency can be fully observed before production. Some integration behaviours and real-life scenarios only become visible under live operating conditions.

Testing reduces uncertainty — it does not eliminate operational discovery. Live interfaces can expose last-mile behaviours that require rapid understanding. Support becomes both stabilization capability and a learning channel. Each new scenario can strengthen readiness for subsequent properties.
Human Readiness

System proficiency is not the same as operational readiness.

Moving from a familiar legacy environment to a new ecosystem can require teams to change more than system knowledge. New controls, concepts and transaction logic can also reshape operational reasoning, accountability and long-established habits.

The challenge is therefore not simply to teach people how a new system works. It is to prepare them — particularly frontline teams — to understand how they will need to reason, control and operate differently.

These are emerging transformation observations rather than claimed programme outcomes. They will be refined as additional properties and public-safe evidence become available.
